East of Budva over the Zavala headland: a short drive, bus or taxi, or on foot via the coastal path that crosses the headland from town.

Bečići is the beach you pick when space and infrastructure matter more than a hidden cove. It runs close to two kilometres along the bay east of Budva, over the Zavala headland, backed the whole way by resort hotels and apartment blocks rather than the cliffs and pine that frame the town’s smaller beaches.

The shore is a mix of sand and fine shingle, shelving gently into the water, which is the main reason Bečići is Budva’s default family beach: children can wade out a long way before it gets deep, and there is enough room that even a packed August afternoon does not feel as tight as Mogren or Ričardova Glava. Rows of sunbeds and umbrellas run the length of the beach in season, broken up by beach bars, restaurants, at least one playground, and watersports concessions running jet skis and inflatable water parks just offshore.

Getting there from Budva is a short drive, bus or taxi over the headland, or the more scenic option: the coastal path that climbs over Zavala and drops down into Bečići on foot, the same route covered by the Bečići-to-Budva coastal walk in reverse. Parking backs up in peak season given how built-up the strip is, so arriving early or on foot avoids most of the friction.

It works less as a solo highlight and more as a base. Bečići itself, the resort area behind the beach, has the hotels and apartments; Kamenovo and the road to Sveti Stefan continue east, and Budva’s Old Town is close enough to treat as an evening trip rather than a relocation.
